Table Shipping Policy
For our exquisite range of tables, we offer Free Shipping within 200 km of our location, delivered directly by EpoxiArt. This ensures that your new centerpiece arrives safely and directly from our hands to your space. Shipping for tables outside this radius will be calculated after checkout, where we will contact you directly to discuss the most efficient and secure delivery options.
Shipping within Italy
- Small Art Pieces (30cm x 40cm): A shipping fee of €15 applies.
- Large Art Pieces (50cm x 70cm): A shipping fee of €20 applies.
Shipping within Europe
- Small Art Pieces (30cm x 40cm): A shipping fee of €40 applies.
- Large Art Pieces (50cm x 70cm): A shipping fee of €50 applies.
Please note, for international shipping outside of Europe, customers are encouraged to contact us directly for a personalized shipping quote. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your art arrives in pristine condition, no matter the distance.
In-Store Pickup
We also offer the option for in-store pickup at our location. If you choose this option, we will contact you as soon as your item is ready for collection. This service allows you to see our workshop and possibly even catch a glimpse of our artisans at work.
Assembly Services
Assembly services for tables are available upon request. After your purchase, we will reach out to discuss assembly options and to schedule a convenient time for setup, should you require assistance. Please note, assembly fees are calculated based on the complexity of the item and will be discussed prior to scheduling.
Return & Exchange Policy
At EpoxiArt, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every piece. Should there be any concerns upon receiving your item, please contact us within 14 days for a return or exchange. Note that custom orders are final sale due to their personalized nature.
