Custom-Ordered Bottles

For custom-ordered bottles, a deposit is required at the time of order. This deposit is non-refundable to cover the cost of materials and labor invested in starting your unique piece. Should you decide to cancel your order after work has commenced, we offer a 50% refund of any amounts paid beyond the initial deposit.

Stock Bottles

Bottles purchased from our existing stock can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at epoxiart@outlook.it to initiate the return process.

Stock Tables

Tables that are purchased directly from our inventory are eligible for returns within 15 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth return process, items must be in their original state, without any damage or alterations. Please reach out to us to discuss the return, and we will guide you through the steps.

Custom Tables

Custom tables are made to order according to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these pieces, if you wish to cancel your order after production has started, we can offer a 50% refund of the total purchase price. We encourage open communication during the design process to ensure your custom table meets your expectations.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for our team to provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will prioritize resolving such issues, either through repair, replacement, or a full refund.
